Professional Pre-Wiring Services

Future-proof your home or new build before drywall goes up. We run structured cabling for networks, home theater, surround sound, surveillance, and smart home automation — done right, the first time.

Wire It Once. Wire It Right.

Low-voltage pre-wiring during construction is the single highest-impact, lowest-cost upgrade you can make. Open walls make everything easier. Closed walls make everything expensive.
1

Open Walls = Easy Pulls

Running cable and adding back boxes costs a fraction when drywall is still open — no patching, no painting, no headaches.

2

Rock-Solid Wi-Fi on Every Floor

Properly placed ceiling access points deliver far better coverage than a single overworked router sitting on a shelf.

3

Power Over Ethernet (PoE)

Cameras, doorbells, access points, and smart panels can all run on a single ethernet cable — no messy power adapters.

4

Conduit = Future Tech Ready

A few conduit runs today means upgrading cables in 5 years without re-opening your finished walls.

The Right Time to Pre-Wire is Now

Low-voltage pre-wiring during construction is the single highest-impact, lowest-cost upgrade you can make. Open walls make everything easier. Closed walls make everything expensive.

Phase 1
Framing Complete
Once framing is done, walls are open and cable runs are straightforward. This is the ideal entry point.
Phase 2
After HVAC & Electrical
Low-voltage wiring happens after mechanical trades and before insulation. This is the sweet spot.
Phase 3
Before Insulation
Cables must be in place before insulation is installed. Coordinate timing with your contractor.
Phase 4
Before Drywall
Absolute last chance for easy pre-wiring. After drywall closes, every wire costs significantly more.
